We brought my girlfriend's car in at 7:30 and it was done by 12:00. In addition the staff was friendly and her door panel was falling off which they fixed no charge. I will definitely be back.

Without a doubt the only place to get your car repaired with total confidence.

Very disappointed with this place. My O/D light was flashing and my truck was shifting poorly. They took a look at it and gave me the bad news that I needed a new transmission. They quoted me a price of $3,000. I had a second place take a look at it and they fixed a simple problem with the transmission for $330 and my truck runs great now. The other company also fixed my muffler for free (patched it), which The Answer Auto Repair East quoted me $375 for. Be sure to get a second opinion before trusting what they say.

I wrote a big review but lost it so here is the quick version. DONT GO HERE! I took my car in to have them fix my window, easy fix. I dropped it off at 9 a.m. and then waited for them to call me. I called back several times through out the day to see where they were. Each time I called they said they were still working on it. Come to find out when i went there at 5 p.m. to pick up my car, THEY DIDNT EVEN START ON IT! They said they got busy and couldn't get to it. Through out the whole day they never said they might not get to it. I wasted a whole day (my day off of work) on these clowns. I wouldn't waste you'rs either. I can't describe how angry I am over this situation. I could have taken it somewhere else that would have had time for me. It seems like all they think about is money and not about their customers. Because otherwise they would have told me they couldn't fit me in.

I was disappointed in their service. They were unable to fix the car, they lost or stole our battery and left the car with the fuse boxes pulled out panels pulled out and left all over the car. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to take their car there. I would not even be willing to let them touch my bicycle if it only needed air in the tire.

Called them about my 350z that had alot of different problems. They fixed everything I outlined, plus other stuff i didn't even know about being bad.... They even worked with me on the price when i asked. I WILL be going back here, it's just about the only place in town where you get treated like an important individual.

I had her checked up and tuned up after a fender bender and Mark walked me through everything that could be done and told me what was most important and what could wait since I had a limit on spending. Their prices are fair, I always have my questions answered thoroughly and the free diagnoses are fantastic. I had a problem with my brakes shuddering occasionally and while I couldn't replicate it for the mechanic, we figured out what was wrong with it and it wasn't actually a problem and I didn't have to take it in to have it fixed. These folks have magic fingers and honest hearts. If you need to get your car fixed, take it here. They get the diagnoses done fast and the repairs quick too. Your car won't sit there for a week waiting to be repaired.
