My family has been taking our vehicles to The Answer for years. I can not say enough about these awesome people. They are honest,concerned about satisfying every customer's needs as quickly as they can with a fair cost. We all know how expensive car repairs can be. But, with The Answer you can bet you are never overcharged. They take the time to talk to you and hear all your concerns. As a woman over the years before I found The Answer, I lost so much money from bad mechanics who knew I obviously knew nothing about the repairs my car needed. I'd get my car back after struggling to pay their high cost, only to have it break down 2 days later. I would call them and they refused to even look at my car and refused to give me my money back. I would never take my car anywhere else. I appreciate their extremely hard work and goal to satisfy every single customer. I thank God for that entire staff. Always recommend to everyone. 😊
