They have even caught things that I thought might have been going on with my vehicle but wasn't sure...and they caught it with out me telling them something was wrong!! Not saying that it will happen all of the time then catching things but it's great knowing they are looking out for my vehicles best interest and my safety while driving that vehicle!! My Mother-In-Law was the first to go to the Answer Auto Repair East. My wife and I went after that and now my parents and brother-in-law. The professional and friendly service we get here is second to none. We wouldn't go anywhere else! I recommend them highly.

I take all my vehicles to The Answer East. They do great work and service is the best. They always explain what is wrong and the estimate is given before any work is done. They have taken care of our vehicles for 13 years. We have nothing but praise for the service they offer.

It took them twice to figure out what was wrong with my car which means I have to pay over $500 the first time and $100 the second. They didn't even fix all the problems I asked. When I got my car back each time it was very dirty with finger prints. I have a very light tan leather which now is extremely dirty. I also left my gas tank with about half a tank of gas and now it's sitting on empty. When I told them all they said is well we put $10 of gas in for you. Not to mention it took them an excessive amount of time to fix. Only good part is the main lady at the desk is very polite. Will never bring my car back!

There is no better repair shop. They have fixed many of my vehicles over the years and always have done an excellent job. Free diagnostics and reasonable pricing is only the first of many great things about this shop.

The advertised "free diagnosis" attracted me to this business. My car had broken down and I had a difficult problem to diagnose where others had tried and failed. Mechanics at The Answer worked for hours without charging me and were able to find the problem which was an obscure broken wire in the ignition wiring. I was then offered the choice of allowing them to fix this wire. I was pleased to do so and it was a very reasonable amount. For those who do not know, offering to diagnose a problem with no charge is not common and takes great confidence in your expertise. If I was a business owner, I would think real hard about this offer. Try and get this from another car shop or, say, from a medical doctor.

These folks are great and treat you like a person rather than just another number or $ sign

I was very impressed with everyone there and especially by Adam who worked on my car. They were very friendly and were able to get my car in that same day. They were also great about providing updates on the diagnosis and anticipated repair time. The price was also very reasonable and I was pleased to learn the work came with a 2 year warranty. Great business!

$442.00 and a week later, and my car still has the same problem. I took my vehicle to them with the ABS light on, check engine light on, and a menu reading of "service electric break system". They informed me that the ABS module needed to be replaced and it would take a week to get the part in, but my car was safe to drive. I'm not a mechanic, (that's why I've attempted to pay to have my vehicle fixed) but I can tell you my car wasn't safe to drive. Brakes were catching at 15mph and under, and my engine was over working. The speedometer quit working at random times as well. I don't know why they told me it was safe to drive when it clearly wasn't. I overlooked the discrepancy. I didn't drive it for the week we were waiting on the module. The next week they called to tell me the module was delivered and I could bring my car in and they would have it fixed the following day. Called the following day as it was nearing closing time and they told me it wasn't fixed because the wrong part was delivered, but they already had the right part and were working on it. That also seemed strange because naturally I was thinking, "how did you get the part so quickly if it took a week to get it the first time??" but I again overlooked this odd discrepancy, in hopes that my vehicle would just be fixed. They said it was fixed at closing time, but they hadn't had a chance to test drive it yet and wanted to be "absolutely sure it was good to go for me" and they would test drive it in the morning and deliver it to me early. I was actually impressed by this and thanked them. The next morning went by, they finally called me to tell me it was ready for pickup. I'm not sure what happened to the whole delivery plan? But okay. So I go pick up my vehicle and all of the same lights come on within 5 minutes of driving away from the lot. I'm not sure what happened to my time or my money. I'm taking it back to them on Monday, and if they actually FIX the problem free of charge I might change my review. I'm putting a 6 month old baby into this vehicle, so when a company tells me it's safe to drive, I expect it to be safe to drive. When I pay to have something fixed, I expect it to be fixed. EXCHANGE of goods and services. I'm not rich enough to be throwing my money away. As of now, I would recommend finding another auto repair shop that actually repairs autos.
