I have been needing an alignment terribly. I travel a decent amount for work, and called to set up an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait days for it to be completed. I accidentally called The Answer Man auto. I took my car here thinking this is where I made my appointment. When I realized my mistake, I was going to leave and take my car to The Answer Man. The receptionist stopped me and said "we can do it here, it will just take a few hours" so I left my car. I did not get a call about my vehicle all day. The next morning I called. The lady said "no news yet, but they should get to it before noon". Nothing before noon. I'm a reasonable person and just want honest service. If you couldn't get to it in a timely manner, then you should not be wasting my time when I had an appointment somewhere else to do it same day. I will most definitely not be back. *Update: going on 2 days and I called again. Was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called again, and they have done nothing with my car at all. I'm pulling it from the store with no service at all. Very disappointed.

Very professional and Excellent work on two of my cars: First I looked at nice but high-mileage GMC Safari Van at a nearby Evansville car lot. Took it to The Answer auto for their 100-point free diagnostic. Their work was thorough and fast, and they found about $2500 worth or normal suspension and engine work that I expected would be needed. Took the report back to the car lot, who dropped their price by $2k and I bought it. The car lot owner said that The Answer Auto Repair (East) are honest people and fair, so have the work done that they say is necessary, which I did. The van is now my daily driver, runs perfect. AND since Auto Answer are a NAPA certified shop, any additional work needed on what was replaced is warranted at any Napa shop in the entire country. Can't beat that. Ron the Service Magager is patient and nice to work with. Teresa the business manager is great.
